If your artwork is damaged during shipping, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund. Although we take great care to protect the artwork in transit, we are always ready to promptly resolve any shipping-related damage.
Return Policy for Artworks with Custom Colors or Sizes
For artworks with customized colors or sizes, returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues after receiving the paintings. Of course, we will take photos or videos for your confirmation before shipping.

Return and exchange shipping address: Need to contact our customer service to obtain the return address.
Return shipping costs: Caseart will cover the costs for quality issues, while the customer will bear the costs for non-quality issues.

Please note that the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging - preferably original packaging.Therefore, please be careful when unpacking the artwork you receive.
For artwork that arrives damaged, we ask for photos of the damage so that we can further understand what went wrong with our specific shipment.
*If packaging is inadequate, please do your best to pack it and be sure to take photos for insurance purposes.

Refund Exceptions
For returns based on personal preference rather than quality or accuracy, return shipping costs are at your expense. For items with no quality issues, we refund the item price, and insurance costs are non-refundable, please understand.

If you need to cancel your order during shipment, please wait until you receive the package before requesting a return.
